Horton Plains National Park is a high-altitude landscape, a treeless montane plateau at 2,100 metres above sea level, cut through by cloud-forest trails that lead to World’s End, a sheer cliff dropping nearly a kilometre to the lowland jungle below. The views from World’s End on a clear morning are among the most spectacular on the island.
