Bentota is Sri Lanka’s premier destination for water sports and romantic beach retreats. The golden beach is framed by swaying palms and some of the finest boutique hotels. Visitors can kayak through mangrove waterways, visit the Geoffrey Bawa-designed Brief Garden, or surrender to the sound of the surf. Bentota is best visited from November to April.
